LAURA bALTZ
PROVISIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST

Laura is a registered Provisional Psychologist. Laura is from Argentina, where she worked as Clinical Psychologist with a systemic orientation.


She completed her professional training in hospitals and clinical settings in Buenos Aires, where she worked in inpatient units with individuals experiencing substance use problems, psychosis, and bipolar disorder. During this time, she also coordinated therapeutic groups and was part of the family team within the unit.

After her hospital residency, Laura moved into private practice, joining teams specialised in eating disorders and personality disorders, where she mainly provided family therapy. She has also worked extensively with adolescents, supporting them and their families through a range of developmental and emotional challenges.

​

Alongside her clinical practice, Laura has academic experience as a university lecturer, teaching Family, Couple, and Group Therapy. She has further training in systemic and strategic therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches.

​

Laura is fluent in Spanish and English.
